Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, destination, and courier. For website orders, real-time rates are integrated.

Shipping Time

Delivery time varies depending on your location and courier selection.
As a general guide:

Local (Banjarmasin/Palangkaraya): Same day or 1–2 working days
Within Kalimantan: 2–4 working days
Outside Kalimantan (Java, Sumatra, etc.): 3–7 working days

Note: Delivery may take longer during holidays or high-traffic periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Saturday).

Orders placed before 2 PM WITA will be processed on the same day
Orders after that will be processed on the next working day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can monitor your delivery directly on the courier’s website.
